Florida Licensing Requirements

Three Course Delivery Choices are:
1.  Full 63 Classroom Hours Required
2.  Full 63 Online Hours Required

The 63 Hour R.E. Sales Associates Real Estate course is required by the state of Florida before you can sit for the state exam to obtain your R.E. Sales Associate License.

A Sales Associate's license is required before you can earn a commission based on the income you receive from a real estate broker or owner/developer.

You must be an active sales associate under a broker or owner/developer for a total of two years before you can obtain your own real estate broker’s license. We offer both courses online or in the classroom.

The tuition includes your book but does not cover your state application fee, fingerprints, or state exam fee, which totals about $150.  Information regarding your state requirements is found at: or 850-487-1395. We explain your state application process in detail the first day of class.

Register by click. Or click on the appropriate links to ring the Pay Button and including student's name + Start date if applicable. When you complete the online course, the online provider notifies the school and we report your completion to the DBPR and send a letter of Course Completion.
